Welcome to the Florida Staffing Association (FSA), the trade association for the staffing industry in Florida. Established in 1972 as FATS, we then changed our name to FLSSA and then evolved into who we are today, the FSA.
We are a non-profit membership organization representing members professionally engaged in all areas of personnel services including search, recruitment, placement and temporary help services. All levels of employment and vocational disciplines are served by specialists among our members including administrative, construction, engineering, healthcare, hospitality, information technology, labor, legal, manufacturing, skilled trades and many others.
The mission of the FSA is to represent and promote the interests of its members from the staffing services industry to clients, employees, the media and public entities:
To promote a free enterprise environment for the industry through effective public affairs advocacy.

To provide information regarding laws and regulations as they apply to the staffing industry.
To foster better public understanding of the industry and its role in the economy.
To provide continuing education and training relative to the needs of its members.
